White noise.

There's a research company in Washington DC called WhiteBox. What might they want with the lead zirconate titanate magnets I'm informed they've been working on? Could be looking into better ultrasound equipment for improved pre-natal care. Though that's not an area they're traditionally associated with, judging by certain recent (unsuccessful) contract tenders. Worryingly, another use is as a component for experimental EMP devices that knock out anything electronic within a given radius? Gives a whole new meaning to the term White Out.
